You can reach my practice by telephone always until 12 o'clock and on Mondays/Tuesdays/Thursdays also until 6 pm.
We know that patients are interested in avoiding unnecessary waiting time. In my practice, we try to keep waiting times as short as possible by a sophisticated time management system.

Of course, it is not possible to anticipate every step necessary for the treatment of patients, but usually we can arrange it swiftly and without much delay.

With new patients, we try to establish the diagnosis on the first day to keep the number of consultations low.

This is only possible if patients observe the time of their appointments. Otherwise, the most elaborate system will fail.
